Terms of Service

By creating a MothBoard or posting a message to a board, you agree to the following terms of service:

1. You must be thirteen years old, or older, to use MothBoard.
2. You may not harass, abuse, threaten or advocate violence against other members or groups.
3. You may not post content that is obscene, harmful to minors or in violation of federal, state or local law.
4. You may not post content which infringes the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of third parties.
5. You may not use MothBoard for advertising or commercial purpose. Boards and messages not directly aimed at commercial gain are allowed, for example boards designed to facilitate interaction between employees, or between your company and a vendor. You may not imply any business relationship with MothBoard.
6. You may not use MothBoard to store and archive information.
7. You may not "hack" MothBoard or automate any of its features without express written consent. For example, you may not renew a discussion board or send email notices by an automatic process.
8. You may not "hack" the scripting or features of MothBoard, even for innocent purposes.
9. You may not use the "email notices" feature to send notices to people you do not know. By using this feature, you take moral and legal responsibility for the emails generated.

Reserved Rights

1. In violation of these rules, or for any reason we deem appropriate, we reserve the right to edit or remove boards and messages, and ban users without warning or legal recourse.
2. We reserve the right to examine boards and messages for violations of these rules, to perfect features, or to assess usage.
