I would like to find the page location for this foot note. The foot note is this #2 Hisdignity forbad him to walk even the lenth of a carpet; see vol.vii. for this habit of the Mameluke Beys. Foot notes indicate where to look. This one does not. The foot note source I am trying to find comes from the story of Alaeddin;or, The Wonderful lamp page 133 and the only source is the entire vol.vii. Please advise.
