| | Subject | Burton Documentary | | Name | Chris Trott (trottlocs2004 yahoo.com) | | Written | Aug. 3, 2004, 6:00pm | I have commenced research with an eye towards producing a documentary on this fascinating man. My hope is to reintroduce Burton to the public at large.
If anyone is aware of any filmed projects on Burton beyond "Mountains of the Moon" and the BBC program, I'd appreciate the info. I did read a posting that Sir Richard Attenborough was developing a Burton project, but I've not been able to find any details/status.
Since my project is "on spec", I'd like to find, for this initial phase at least, any experts in the greater Los Angeles area (my home), who would consider speaking on camera about Burton, obviously, but also about Sind, Africa, the Islamic world, the British East India Co. or the Foreign Office during the period of Burton's career(s).

| | Subject | Past lives | | Name | Lisa | | Written | Dec. 20, 2004, 12:42am | SeaShell & Peter, well if you really want to know who the real Richard Burton is maybe you both gets some auditings from the Church of Scientology, they kind of specialize in that area. This is kind of funny, I know a scientologist who claims he is Richard Burton, but not the Butterfly God. Maybe all three or two of you (depending if you are that scientlogist which I've spoke of(which I doubt)) are overlaping the same time period.
Oh well, at least I'm not the only crazy one on this planet. |
